Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is the prop body removable if not needed for filming?
Yes! The prop body is fully removable from the set to the designated area, if you don't need it for filming or would like to have an actor in it's place.
2. Do the cadaver freezer doors open?
Yes! The cadaver freezer doors do open, though they are only door fronts and do not have a body slider behind them at the moment.
3. Is there a body slider within the cadaver freezer doors?
We unfortunately do not currently have a body slider feature to our cadaver freezer doors at this time. There are however plans to add this feature down the road!
4. Is fake blood allowed?
We do allow the use of both silicone blood mats as well as dried fake blood makeup on actors, bandages, clothing or linens as long as our fake blood use guidelines are followed! We are unfortunately not able to allow the use of any liquid, wet or moving blood at this time. *Please note that any scenes involving the use of fake blood MUST be approved at the time of booking!
5. Is fake vomit allowed?
Under most circumstances, we can allow for fake vomit to be used as long as crews ensure the set is protected from possible damage. *Please note that any scenes involving the use of fake vomit MUST be approved at the time of booking! The xray viewer and white board are also fixed in the set.
6. What are the set dec guidelines for the Morgue?
Crews CAN change out wall and non-fragile tabletop decor, remove small rolling waste bin, small rolling white tray and prop body. Due to the fragility and high replacement cost of the set props, we are unfortunately not able to allow crew to move any other furniture within the set or fragile props such as microscopes and beakers. The x-ray viewer and white board are also fixed in the set.
